(adv) A state of being extremely intoxicated or having overdosed on GHB or GBL, often in conjunction with alcohol. Almost always associated with nodding off, erratic behavior, violent, uncontrollable spasms, confusion, loss of motor control, loss of awareness, or unconsciousness.
