Tikosis is a disease where someone has watched so many tiktoks their hippocampus decides to slowly defunction. This causes memory loss. If after, they watch more tiktoks, the brain can't remember it so it self-destructs.The head will explode from a loss of brain. If someone prevents this by going to a doctor with symptoms(such as headache, memory loss, and watching tiktoks a lot), and the doctor fixes it, the brain still decides to force them to make tiktok every hour, or 24 each day. They lose sleep every day from having to do this, and eventually they die from the extreme insomnia.

Person with tikosis:I just have watched over 100,000,000 tiktoks..I'm losing all my memories. My head is starting to ache.
Doctor:I'm sorry, you have tikosis. I must prevent your head from exploding. Sadly, you still won't survive from extreme insomnia.You have a few months to live.

When you watch so many tiktoks that your head is likely to explode. Real disease, totally. Symptoms include headaches, memory loss, and watching many tiktoks. Watching so many causes your hippocampus to give up and shut down/deteriorate. If you watch more, your head explodes because your brain isn't sure what to do when you can't remember anything. If you get saved from your head exploding, you are forced to make TikTok's every day to survive. Except, you will have extreme insomnia and eventually die anyways.

A person pursuing a music career who makes one song that gets popular on TikTok. When somebody says "Hey, you're the guy who made that TikTok song!" there's no going back after that. People are so used to hearing just one part of the song that the other parts don't even reach their ears, instead go up their nostrils.
