A toxic person is a person who’s communication is counterproductive for the room they’re in; whether it’s a text with you, a call with you, a conference, a meeting, or a walk by. Toxicity sucks all the oxygen out of the room, and no business plan can prosper without some oxygen. They just say things wrong out loud with a poor tone choice, chose the wrong words, or talk about things at the wrong time. Remember not to judge their communication before you know them, so you don’t feel embarrassed when you find out better, or worse ashamed if see them in person. Also, maybe they have trush, and need some ozone or probiotics; who gets paid to care? Either way, just give them space; because regardless, they are a waste of oxygen in this state.
