used in conjunction with a direction, often the classic time direction to avoid unwanted attention.

A shirt with a bratty comment, and/or picture. These shirts are most often worn by children, and many of them that girls wear have sexist comments, agaisnt boys.
Brat shirts are worn by infants, helping the children be bratty and hateful towards their parents as soon as possible.

A nickname given to that guy who wore a yellow shirt that one time and someone commented on it. Since then he has worn said yellow shirt, or a different yellow shirt, a few times. Not that many times though.
*Once the nickname Yellow Shirt Guy has been implemented, it can only be replaced by the nickname faggot.
