I assume derived from "chinny chin chin". To point out something said is a lie. A version of the saying for teenagers.
"Beard on tash with a little bit of mash" implies the lie is ludicrous. If less ludicrous you can use "Beard", "Beard on" or "Beard on tash".
All sayings must include a chin stroke.
Believe this comes from Portsmouth (Pompey) and surrounding areas of the South of UK.

Origin: North-East Coast of Aus,
A "Jitzy Bits", is a Ditzy jane, slow hoe or a dumb cunt. Airheaded, no-one home, goldfish-memory and all of the above. She's smokin hot, but a little ?silly billy?.

A lifestyle motto to describe and excuse one’s days of spontaneity, humor, and a dash of eccentricity. It’s about building on quirks, taking risks, and turning ordinary moments into memorable, laughter-filled adventures. While typically driven by humor, can also stem from pure irony and playful shock value.
Person 1: Why are you always planking on trashcans and doing the weirdest things like brushing your teeth in the kitchen?
Person 2: I live for the bit.
Person 1: Oh, that checks out.
