An orc shit is a painful bowel movement. It is called orc shit because It is always accompanied by terrible noises from your anus that resemble the noises made by the orcs in the Lord of the Rings series. Death by orc shit is not common but has been known to happen to children and the elderly.

Dude, I just walked by the bathroom and I could hear Joe taking an orc shit... In not sure if he will survive.
