A person whos "working it" bigtime all the time.
Refrence is for men mostly who are otherwise also known as charismatic "players".
These people be working their charms or mojo to seduce you into whatever situation profits them.
Charm monsters are usually well versed in the art of social navigation, one-on-one interaction,seduction or "luring you in".
