A “Cowboy” (In this specific terminology, i first heard it in Northwest Indiana) Is typically a highly-motivated Gangster from a small town anywhere in the US. Cowboys Usually grow up in there small but dangerous town gangbanging, selling drugs, and going to JDC. Now that they’re 18, They likely have a car and freedom so instead of sitting around, they hit the road for Weeks and often Months at a time, Going to other small town ghettos or big cities, Mostly to commit different crimes to make money. This helps because they’re not local, it’s harder for the police to find them and it’s easier to backdoor people they meet along the way to benefit their own pockets. Between the time they begin doing this, and the time they inevitably go to jail, They often come back to their hometown hoods to provide Money, Guns, And drugs for their people to sell and use on the streets. Stay AWAY from cowboys.
