An insult primarily used by caucasians in reference to a person who is rude, irritating, inconsiderate, exceedingly ignorant, or filled with unwarranted self-importance. Douchebags are often seen wearing trucker caps and affliction tees, and they often use the word "gay" in a pejorative sense.
Guy #1: "...everyone on welfare is just eating away at our tax dollars. Most of them aren't even poor. They just keep having kids to get a fatter check. My cousin's best friend's ex boyfriend's aunt had like 9 kids and drove a sparkly impala with spinners that she got using welfare checks. Welfare queens. Pshaw."

often on his manstrul cycle
an over-inflated sense of self worth
often considers things his friends enjoy childish
cant be bothered with things that he does not benefit from
is a dick toward people that he considers not witty compared to him
needs a map to avoid / escape getting lost and vanishing into the vagina world
rants about bitches when drunk then begs you to not show people the tape
