Peer-suasion

The rather elaborate technique of being so busy that you delegate jobs to your peer when they come to check on you.
A near reversal to the term: "Volunpeered".

See also "kicking shit uphill" and "Turbotege".
Johann often demonstrates the art of Peer-suasion when setting up for an event.

Peer pressure

You dont get sick from peer pressure, you get sick from pathogens. You dont go to the doctor because of peer pressure, you go because you are sick. Wearing a mask is no different. You dont decide whether to wear a mask because of peer pressure, you decide to wear a mask or not wear one based on whether you're sick.
Peer pressure doesn't change whether someone is sick or not, therefore it should never influence what someone wears on their face or head.

Peer pressure

Trying to get somebody to do something based on what everyone else is doing, thinks is safe, or thinks someone should do.
Most people wear masks, and some think that peer pressure, or even something worse than peer pressure (like deaths) is going to change the way somebody else does things, especially if peer pressure convinced them to put on a mask.
