It's easier to say "no NSFW pics" than "no images of a sexual, graphic nature that would shock grandma, you dirty lil freak".

On December 16, All discord users are allowed to send cropped nsfw, even on their profile pictures. The mods cant do anything about it

On Discord on December 19th, you are allowed to spam NSFW in any given server and the mods and owner cannot do anything about it.
