To tell a person that what they're saying or doing is so unlike what they usually do or what they are. Not typical of one's known traits or behaviour patterns.
Eg., A Robin Hood in modern times, a celibate madam of the house, and finally, a priest who doesn't ask for money.

Bob : "I have a bottle or two every night...of soda."
Rob : " That's not you, mon!"
Bob: " ... And whatever else that goes with it. Rum, when it's windy , vodka, when it's not."
