Ultimate Violation

A devious act that involves sneaking up from behind on an individual, slamming your hand with a downward force onto their shoulder while shoving your other hand far into their posterior region. When done with force and precision, this act can be friendship altering.

* Sneaking up is important for it throws the element of surprise into the overall act.

* Even more important is counteracting the victim's natural reaction of jumping or lifting up when an object penetrates their anus. By holding the victim down while administering your hand, you make the victim have to 'sit there and take it.'

Viola

The second best instrument in a orchestra, probably the least favored or important. It looks quite like a violin, only slightly larger, and deeper. (Second highest string instrument.) Violists are rare in an orchestra, and some don't even have a viola section. None the less, if you want to stand out and play a majorly kick ass instrument, play the viola!

hr violation

1) human resources violation - breaking policies set in place by the Human Resources Departmant of the company you work for. Often the policy in question has to do with improper language in the workplace, in which case this becomes a synonym for saying something rude, crude, or politically incorrect.

2) human rights violation - taking away the rights people have as a result of being human. Torture, slave labor, and genocide are some examples of human rights violations.
