Animal excrement (especially from dogs and/or horses) on a footpath or cycle path, requiring you to weave around it. A play on chicane (as in the racetrack feature, not the other chicane).

Went for a ride up the cycle path but it was full of bloody shitcanes.

Bricking a shitcan

The act of rendering a commode inoperable simply by defecating, as if one had literally “shit a brick.”

I feel so bad for backing up my parents’ toilet. I want then to know me for my skills other than bricking a shitcan.
