A person at school , who talks shit in the hallways about other people and then cant saay it to your face. Someone who has all the talk in the world in the school hallways but when its time to face the person they're talkin about they stay quiet.

But when theyre face to face with that person they dont act bad anymore & they stay quiet ,Hallway gangster .

Typically a middle age white male Harley Davidson enthusiast. Often frequents Starbucks, owns one or more smart phones, wears expensive Harley Davidson shirts and very often lives in a gated and/or upper class community.
