Beesha Darwiish literally means "the Darwiish community", as a nickname of the Dhulbahante. The reason why Darwiish and Dhulbahante are inextricably linked is because 5 Darwiish capitals were in Dhulbahante territory; 1896-1900 Kob Fardod Buuhoodle (Axmed Garaad town), Weylahed (1901) an Ugaasyada & Hinjiile Bah Nugaal locality, Lassader (1902-1904) an Axmed Garaad locality, Halin (1909) an Ugaasyada & Hinjiile locality, and Taleh, a Nur Axmed - Samakab - Ugaadhyahan town.
