Issued when a woman with large heaving breasts is seen in the immediate vicinity. Similar in nature to the California Highway Patrol's "Sig alert", but for a more uplifting purpose.

A phrase or saying one will use when they see a "lurk" or a "creeper" nearby. Used as a warning to female friends to stay away from the creep.
