The dental click used in languages like Xhosa and Zulu. The tongue goes on/near the top teeth and slaps downward, making the | click. Also called C click.

I don't speak Xhosa nor Zulu, but I know a lot of clicks are used in the languages. Once you know how to pronounce it, practice by saying | in front of other letters.
