Tyra Banks Syndrome

-A social condition in which one twists every topic of conversation into one about him or herself.

-The act of stealing the spotlight and making every story about yourself.

Tyra Banks will have a guest on her show speaking about their drug problems or other things and as soon as they get into the real hardships of their life Tyra cuts them off saying, "Yeah I struggled so much with this as a child it affects ME so much" leaving the guest speachless and confused as to why they were invited on the show. Was it to find support or was it to find a way to let Tyra talk about herself?

Example 2: Your friend walks in (Friend A) obviously having a bad day and begins talking with your other room mate (Friend B) about it all. Friend A says something to the affect of "My dog just just died and I failed my chemistry exam" and you but in and say, "Oh my gosh I had to take an exam today and I didn't even know half the questions on it and then the rest of my entire day was completely ruined. I think I might get a bad grade for my class this semester. Isn't that terrible? I mean it really upsets me." and so on and so forth.

-The proper usage here would be for friend B to say to you, "Slow down buddy your getting Tyra Banks Syndrome" or "Wow thanks for that Tyra"

This is the person who makes every story about themselves. Extremely rude and annoying

University of High School Syndrome

Something they say about people who won't grow up out of high school probably because their whole world was high school. People who really annoy a lot of people during class who won't stop trying to one up everyone because they think it's so cool acting the way they are thus being The most immature people in college

Henry: Hey uncle! Their is this guy in college class who won't shut up. He keeps asking stupid questions like what the Spanish word is for pimp,ass, and bitch words like that are. He asked some girl out the first day he saw her just because she was hot and he wanted to one up all the other guys because of it, and the girl said no so now he's attacking everyone and spreading rumors. I heard he won't stop stalking the girl on MSN. His whole world was high school and he can't get past it and its EXTREMELY annoying. He also won't shut up about it in class and his friends seem to go with it.I'm sick of him trying to one up everyone including me.

Uncle Bob: What a loser. He has University of High School Syndrome.

Henry: Sounds right to me.

Bouncer Syndrome

When a masculine bouncer, bartender or ID check guy gets a little too absorbed in his power as gatekeeper. He'll refer to male customers mildly condescendingly as "buddy," and is overly eager to kick people out of the establishment, not necessarily for causing a scene in the bar so much as challenging his dominance.

Non-bouncers express bouncer syndrome when they try to break up other peoples' fights in bars or parties, usually when drunk.

Dude its not your fault you got kicked out, that guy had bouncer syndrome.

Yasuo syndrome

In a video game, you are so determined to kill enemies, that you often forget about your character’s safety, which leads to death of your character. When your character dies, you tend to blame other players, bugs, or imbalanced mechanics for your fault. Sometimes you even go into a uncontrolable rage spiral.

This term originated in the video game game League of Legends, but can aply to other games as well.

"Uhh... That player just engaged alone into the whole enemy team and died. Why so much players have the Yasuo syndrome?"
