It is the most embarrasing thing a rowwer/coxswain can do. A term used at Pittsford Crew in Rochester, NY, meaning falling off the dock into the disgusting Erie Canal. The first time this was done the rowwer flipped over the boat at the end of the dock and had to swim all the way back to the begininng of the dock.

Pulling A Scoob

A man in a Scooby Doo mask jerks off another man but the man being jerked off does not know who is giving him the hand job and instead of stopping it he says "Uh oh scoob, someone's yanking my tip." Refers to a legendary idiot named Alex Kim,who is an omnipotent reference in many international schools across Asia.
