Stereotype of loud guy wearing gucci baggy and loose pants and atleast 46 different jackets at the same time (if not just a tank top). Once created in milan, this term extended all around Italy and changes his skin from region to region.
For example, in Milan they are trashy rappers who use a strong and frightening autotune in their raps, get no bitches and are usually rich.
Instead, in Naples, they belong to the streets, listen to Rondo 24/7 and manage to get hoes even if they look like overall homelesses.
They are shallow as fuck and dumb delinquents who don't remember what Italian grammar is (they never learnt it, actually). They probably had a "Difficoult past" and decide to become a rapper to sing it (difficoult past stands for not getting the new Iphone or the pair of shoes they desired).
