Get the Bee’s knees mug.Freaky SpongeBob Knee Syndrome (Professionally abbreviated to FSKS) is a rare physical symptom on mainly mens knees where the knees turn lightly yellow with black lumps which resemble the key patterns of famous cartoon character SpongeBob SquarePants. This is caused of a lack of blood flow in the fingers which cause the ears, nipples, toes, nose and especially the knees which is what causes the knees to turn pale and slightly yellow. The black lumps on the knees can cause slight irritation but nothing more.
