When you insert Salted Burger king fries inside a Woman's buttocks (Normally African American), and the Salted Fries get lost inside of her anus never to be seen again until her next defecation. After defecation, you fish the fries out of the feces to make a nice side dish for your friends and family.

The text "salt and pepper" is a short abbreviation- ish way of describing someone. Being called the "salt of the salt and pepper set" is an insult as being the salt means that you have a salty sense of humour on the other hand being called pepper is a well humoured, fun person.
