We embrace being Afro-South indian and Afro-Asiatic because it's something that's been forbidden to celebrate loudly because of conlonization and assimilation into white spaces, but we're going to acknowledge our true heritage. We're no longer ashamed. We're Very proud of our roots. Just like melanated Americans, we are one in the same. No more ignorance, prejudice, and self-hatred. We are apart of the melanated community and will unite as one. There are more similarities than differences amongst us.
