Get the scene cotch mug. There are two main types of scene bands,
one is of talent, and I'm not going to cover them.
The other type is the talentless mix of beats from old fifty cent songs with added sound effects from their macbook combined with annoying cocky lyrics from homosexual sounding voices that go back and forth between rapping and screamo
Most of these people were discovered on Myspace and are "totally original", which is supposedly why scene kids go crazy for them.
Usually, they dress like they've just picked up everything in an 80s thrift store, have a million piercings in places you didn't know they pierced, and have the ideal "scene hair"

Dot Dot Curve :)
The Medic Droid
I Set My Friends On Fire
and pretty much everything on the Warped Tour list.

Get the Scene band mug.1.) A girl in the scene who follows all of the scene trends, listens to all the scene music, takes scene pictures for her myspace &livejournal. Has hair that is fakely dyed black, bleach blonde, black w/blonde, &bright colord streaks. Has a scene haircut that she either did herself of had her millionair daddy pay for in west hollywood. Many either look anorexic or fat. The usually have lip/nose peircings &tats. Her clothes are from online "underground" stores. Her sunglasses are big and think framed.. white to match her cocain. However she can also be sxe, wears strands upon strands of long pearls or other beaded necklaces, even though nothing about her is classy but shes so scenexcore she can do whatever the fuck she wants. She Fucks the scene boys, has only scene friends, usually claiming not to be scene, even thought she fits the profile.
scene girls;
1.)Most girls friends with Jerffree Star on myspace
2.)Most girls at hxc shows
3.)Eighter really skinny &hot or extreemly fat &ugly

Get the the scene aesthetic mug.A person you can typically find on myspace, having over 1000 friends (95% of who they don't know), have a fancy HTML layout and have all kinds of weird angled pictures. They also tend to wear bandannas, tight jeans, small shirts that don't fit them (usually band T's), band hoodies, and obscene makeup. Most of these individuals want to feel "cool" and want to fit into the latest scene. The men scenesters seem to be a little too friendly and seem to embrace the gay culture, but still calling themselves straight. There also seems to be the handfull of the overweight scenesters that need to just die. You don't look good. =/

Get the scenester mug.Scene kids are described as 'happy emos'. They (scene guys) normally have a fluffy emo fringe died black or bleached blonde or brown such as teh guitarist from teh band Tonight Is Goodbye. They listen to scene music which is bands liek Hadouken and NEVER lsiten to mainstream bands or bands that non scene kids have heard of. Scene guys are obsessive about stars. Stars on tees, hoodies, hats, belts etc. THey wear brands like Drop Dead, Paint The Stars, Atticus, Robolove etc. with skinny jeans if any colour. Scene girls wear and are exactly teh same.
They are coool. And there are many posers. Oh and Scene guys will pull other scene guys to impress scene girls. Oh and if a scene band touches teh charts the scene kids never listen to it again.

Get the Scene Kids mug.Scene kids are kids that believe they are listening to music and creating a style that has never been done before.
Scene had another name 25 years ago. That name was called New Wave and it wasn't considered cool to be part of the scene, it was considered freakish.
This was at a time when wearing a label
that was unique at such a time, could be acceptable as an alternative to mainstream culture.
Scene is a confused genre, because the kids that mainly call themselves scene
change the rules for what scene is and isn't daily. This tells everyone else that scenesters are posers and they are not sure of what they are doing, along with giving no reference to the ungerground anti-fashions that originally gave their subconscience the idea that they stole.
The best way to be scene, is to NOT be scene! Stop coming up with boring labels to fit in or shock people.
It's 2008, and the glam meets drag look was original when David Bowie, Divine, Boy George, Pete Burns and Robert Smith had done it during a time when these types were just trying to create something new along with b eing themselves, thus it was not accepted so greatly until future times.
That was true scene!
If you must have a label, then you are insecure and if you aren't going to give old school new romantic, punk, and wavers
any credit for ripping off their look, then you must be banished into complete ignorant bliss.
