Chat room begging is usually a panhandling chat bum's only source of income.

Get the panhandling chat bummug. This term is mainly used in Australia for when someone is in your ear having a chat (mostly a very incoherent and annoying conversation). It is common to see a bloke at the local RSL come up to people and start dribbling words in someone’s ear who they don’t even know.
