Cloud Guitar

A Classic Guitar instantly recognisable to many as the instrument wielded by one of the greatest musicians/songwriters in the universe, Prince. This guitar was first introduced in the 1980s hit film Purple Rain which helped Prince reach his level of fame. This guitar took on many different colours throughout his tours, one example being the Sign Of The Times Tour where the guitar was a Peach colour, he’s also rocked the cloud in other colours such as blue, PURPLE, yellow, red, etc...

This instrument was kitted with a SC and a HB pickup, these were EMG branded, giving him that electronic (Computer Blue 😉) sound.

Paired with a few boss pedals and a Mesa boogie amp star amp, you’ll be sounding like the purple one himself.

apologetic guffaw

Refers to where someone noisily pretends to regret an action --- such as turning off a light, splashing water, etc. --- which caused someone else momentary shock and/or outrage, when in reality said prankster was completely intentional in performing said minor atrocity, and has gotten a huge giggle out of the hilarious-to-him distressed reaction of his "victim"!

Dude #1: flips the ceiling-light off in an otherwise-darkened garage where he is fully aware that his buddy is working
Dude #2: indignantly: Yo!!
Dude #1 in a classic "apologetic guffaw" tone "Huh-hoh --- saww-rreee" gives a big grin as he flips the switch back on again.

A musician who attempts to impress others on social media with videos showcasing their technical abilities on the instrument, yet creates lackluster original music, if any at all.
Often a gearslut.

Henson: Marco seems to be making quite a name for himself as an Instagram guitarist - he's up to 180k followers this month!
Scuzzy: Yeah, but did you hear his new single on Spotify? It's a glorified finger exercise over a smooth jazz backing track... Where's the vision? 'better yet, where's the SONG?
Henson: Pssh, get with the times, boomer!
