Joe's World is the definition of a personality type, a complete and total moron. A person who lies consistently and sits and on his computer monitoring all of his Facebook Groups. This type of person will complain about how people in his groups don't/won't follow HIS rules. Joe's World is a place where he make sure up rules and if you are not in his favor you will be called out like a child.
