The ducks are running

It's a better way to say triggered. And it is more like it's a triggering situation than you being triggered.

1You pour a bowl of cereal you're out of milk so you go to the store and you get a flat tire and thats when you say the ducks are running.

Person 1: hey dude I really like that girl.
Person 2: oh dude she's coming over here you should ask her out

*Girl asks out person 2*
Person 1 and 2 look at each other and say the ducks are running.

Circle Run

An annual summer tradition among male expatriates residing in Moscow, Russia. The event involves the consumption of one beer (0.5L) outside each of the stations on line #5 Koltsevaya (Кольцевая) of the Moskovsky metropoliten subway system. The Koltsevaya line performs a loop around the center of Moscow which allows the event to start and end at the same location. At each respective subway station, the beer may be consumed in a restaurant, bar or purchased at a kiosk and consumed on the street - but never more than 150 meters from the entrance to the respective station. Highlights of the run include conversations with inebriated homeless locals, avoiding eye contact with police officials, and heated debates over the appropriate locale for the post-run celebration. In order to be socially responsible during the event, participants very often volunteer to help tutor certain single females met along the way to improve their English language abilities.

running on retard

When a lack of sleep/ energy causes a fully functional adult to 'zone-out', become forgetful or impatient, and possibly run in to furniture/ walls.

EXAMPLE:

'Why are you staring at the oven? You've been there for 5 minutes and haven't moved...'
'Sorry, I'm running on retard. Kitty kept me up with her fussiness last night... Didn't sleep a wink.'
EXAMPLE:
Walking out the front door and realizing you forgot your keys, then walking back inside only to forget what you went inside for until you try to lock the front door... AGAIN.
