Stupid People on Twitter (SPOT) is the acronym to designate the owner of a particularly insipid and shallow tweet (on any subject). #SPOT should be reserved for only the most inane or banal postings so as to not dilute its effect on calling out the true dumbasses of the Twitterverse.
