A denim vest, particularly one worn by fans of metal music (colloquially refered to as "metalheads").
The distinction between a battle vest and a regular denim vest is that a battle vest will have patches sewn on indicating which bands the metalhead enjoys listening to. A battle vest may also include studs and/or spikes, however this is not a requirement to be deemed a "battle vest".
Many metal fans will wear these as a sign of dedication to their favorite bands, and as a calling card to fellow metalheads in public spaces; most notably, concerts and festivals. However, you may occasionally find a metalhead in the wild wearing their vest for common daytime activities, such as grocery shopping, or mowing their lawn.
While the vest may make someone appear intimidating, it should be noted that most metalheads are very sociable and amicable people, who simply want to use extreme fashion as a form of self-expression. In addition, most metalheads appreciate other genres of music as well, so don't be surprised if you hear them talking about their favorite rappers or jazz artists too!

Get the battle vest mug.Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two (BFDI:TPOT), also known as Battle for The Power of Two (BFDI: TPOT) according to Two in "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?" or simply The Power of Two (TPOT), is the 5th seasonof the Battle for Dream Island series, with its first 2 episodes directed by Satomi Hinatsu and Pokey and later episodes directed by Sam Thornbury and Cary Huang. The season is hosted by Two and was announced in "The Escape from Four". The Power of Two consists of 40 contestants from the original Battle for BFDI (plus two recommended character contestants and Teardrop, who competed on her own), while the other 14 contestants continue to battle in Battle for BFB. The prize is Two's power. The first episode, "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", was announced to release on January 9, 2021, according to the stinger in "Uprooting Everything". However, it was delayed a few hours due to glitches of the intro2 and ended up being released on January 10, 2021. The intro was made by Elias A. "coal bones", RickToons, and Amor Boretto, and the song played in the TPOT intro is called "Gibberish!!".
