If you use this technique recklessly, it can put a strain on your body. Blue Kaioken is when Goku added the Kaioken on top of Super Saiyan Blue. Goku originally used the Kaioken against Vegeta. Goku originally planned to use Blue Kaioken against Beerus, but then he used it against Hit.

Kaizo Block

An invisible coin block in the Super Mario series placed in order to prevent the player from completing a jump. Used to great effect in Kaizo Mario World and other Rom hacks. Named for what you'd call the creator of the hack after triggering one of the blocks.

I was almost at the end of the stage when I jumped too late and got killed by the kaizo block.
