A girl or boy (usually a girl) who acts like she doesn't need help, but then makes a "mistake" because she or he wants attention. A pick-me is also very dramatic.

Pick-me: "Hi!"

Person 1: "Hello! Oh can I help you carry those?"

Pick-me: "I'm ok thank you! *falls on purpose*"

Person 1: "OMG! Are you ok?"

Pick-me: "yes.... ow!"

Person 1: "What?!"

Pick-me: "My leg hurts.... i need to go to to the ER!!!"

Person 2: "Bro shes such a pick me"
