Float

The art of acting like your being productive at work when you're really doing nothing at all.

Floating, is the term used when you see co-workers taking twice sometimes three times as long to do a daily task.

The act of floating is greatly increased on Fridays, when everyone is caught up with weekly duties and need to burn time.

Floating does not only have to be "looking productive", for example it can also be taking 20 minutes to use the bathroom, multiple trips to the drinking fountain and even excessive chain smoking.

A new STD founded in 2007 from scientist. It is a parasite combination of genital Herpies and the clap. Symptoms consist of purple like blood pockets coming out of the vagina or penis. Currently there is no cure for this new found parasite.

A well meaning comeback performance destined to become a miserable failure, a flop, done by someone who used to be on top of their thing but is now failing. Refers to Britney Spears failure at the MTV Video Awards, 9/2007

She needs to rest and review her material before coming out with a new performance. She is in serious danger of doing a brit flop.
