Fried backs

A term used by highly motivated and highly skilled process operators to describe a Jaffa cake that has ripped back tendencies, whilst sharing the same characteristics as a fried edge during the baking procedure.

My gosh, look at how bad these fried backs are!

A phat back is a big-arse bum.
