Shoppers back

When you've been out shopping with your good wife/ladyfriend/hetero life partner/etc and spent the hours acting as a pack mule. And general shopping trolley. The back and general lumbar region may begin to ache or throb. This phenomenon is known as 'shoppers back'

Being of such a shape that one possess a pot belly on their back. The bulge of the pot belly or beer belly, love handles and muffin top is visible wrapping around 360 degrees and can be easily visible from a straight on rear view.
