Reddit Final Boss

The ultimate Reddit Troll — the kind of user who won’t just report you and get you banned, but will spin the block digitally by spreading misinformation about you afterward. They live for chaos: spamming your inbox, stalking your comment history, and arguing for hours until you delete the post out of pure exhaustion. Usually found haunting controversial subs like gang pages, hood subs, or culture threads. Basically an internet terrorist powered by Red Bull and self-righteousness. If you meet one, back away slowly — it’s not worth the time.
Holy shit, I think I just met the Reddit Final Boss. The dude got me banned and now he’s posting like I’m the troll…wtf.” — Average Joe

Broken Boss

Implies the boss of a job once did exceptionally, but their ability to lead/direct a team of employees has deteriorated overtime and refuses to quit or accept that changes need to be made, or are afraid to do so.

They may still be effective at their own work, but they cannot realize that their business/team is underperforming and are no longer able to shift the situation in their favor.
"How's work been?"
"My broken boss won't bring more staff on, he keeps filling reservations but there's no one to help."
