A school with a trillion pretty girls and no hot guys.
Although the other schools in the district are filled with hotties...thier is always that one reject school. And this one reject school is filled with ugly guys that think thier hot stuff.

Girl 1: Northshore is filled with hotties.
Girl 2: I know. Our school is a total reject school.
Girl 1: Wanna transfer?
Girl 2: OMG yes.

A large group of people in the same city, who do not know each other. Who consistently rob each other, if you are a victim and a perpetrator you are part of the rejects atm circle.

Yo, I heard Ryan got robbed by Mike." "Yeah, but Ryan robbed Jimmy, you know Mikes girlfriends brother. They are all part of the rejects atm circle anyways.
