To roast someone for a specific characteristic or trait in a joking manner.

Examples:
“Ol’ hotdog water breath havin’ ass”
“Ol’ peanut head havin’ ass”
“Ol’ not knowing your left from your right, lost in the woods head ass”

Usage:
“Tim was jonesing on Tom so hard”
