An extremely wealthy, high-class town in Connecticut - more a neighborhood but has its own zip code making it a more coastal town than anything. Everyone owns at least one Land Rover and some high-class German or Italian sports car and works in Manhattan or neighboring Stamford. Most families bring in $500K+ a year making it one of the wealthiest towns in America. Extremely family-orientated community with excellent schools and beautiful waterfront estates. Old Greenwich is a perfect representation of a high-class, sophisticated society made for the most privileged of people.

Get the east greenwich mug.Small town where teachers feel they desrve everything- Students cheat in simple vocabulary books aka wordly wise- parents have to take away cell phones,playstations, cars, ipods, credit cards, etc. for the kids to feel punished- Percentage of the population that is sober is at an all time low most of the time- Students use "bathroom breaks" to talk on their cell phones in the bathroom with other people who are cutting classes- EGHS can afford a new snack machine and many drink machines but not new text books- New streets are built and each time the house size increases and the amount of land decreases- Parties are BYOB because we all know that everyone has enough to bring.

Get the sacred heart greenwich mug.N; A small town located in the center of Rhode Island that contributes cultural, intellectual and monetary assets for the entirety of the smallest state in the country. EG is home to successful CEO's, the govenor of RI, noted artisans, professional NFL and NBA atheletes, students who can continually boast the highest standardized testing scores and a diverse collection of noted professionals who also create the data which makes EG the wealthiest town of RI. Downtown EG is lined with acclaimed galleries and restaurants as well as beautiful harbor views. Kids who have a problem with the town are generally community members who can't meet the $200,000 income needed to "fit in" with the lower/average quartile and suffer severe psychological distortions/defense mechanisms in the form of rage.
Since I am a "townie" and my family doesn't match the average East Greenwich profile I am going to develop a skewed definition of EG and use such rage as a defense mechanism to avoid making an effort to utilize the wealth of resources the town provides.
