A state of mind whereby a human may recognize another humans inner animal spirit.

Zootopia: The place in which human animal spirits reside.

Zootopian Society: A society whereby the majority populace are aware of their animal spirits and are able to commune with them during ritual.

zoophile

Someone who is emotionally, and often sexually, attracted to a non-human animal. Some zoophiles go all the way and have sexual intercourse with an animal they're emotionally attached to, while others keep the human/non-human relationship to a mutual, non sexual one.

Jim loved his dog more than anything, and even considered her his soulmate; he was a zoophile.
