assuming you'll do something else to maximize the efficiency of a "50/50"mix up when in fact you do the same one option instead. By doing this you are essentially creating a mental mix-up without applying other options due to the idea you "via the aggressor " are already aware what the opponent "the defender" could be looking out what you should /could be doing making them lose because they were overthinking.
