The name gives out the meaning of "permanent". As is not temporary, but fixed. The meaning then gives the definition of the name based on its character. Like whatever emotions, attitude, skill, etc etc, the person develops can be permanent! So it basically implies to both positive and negative characters. But what's keeping a person from changing himself? A name?
