A renowned English and other ethnic usage Male name often ambiguously pronounced regardless of renowned pronunciation and is pronounced as both STEEV-ən/STeF-ən, despite the fact the first is the primary gender proper pronunciation with the E-PH rib being pronounced differently than that of the feminine form "Stephanie".

The Second pronunciation is often used in Common society and is required for bearers of the name to know them. The spelling of "STEVEN" is a similar or related name but in actuality not the same. Most "V" or "F" spellers may not relate to this spelling because they don't see their name.
