PT mill

A physical therapy clinic that focuses entirely on patient volume and profits with no care for actual quality of treatment. Patients are quickly handed off to an unlicensed aide or tech after barely seeing their primary therapist. Mill is akin to 'factory' - pump in and out as many patients as quickly as possible - a physical therapy mill.

'Hey, have you ever gone to the MOST Physical Therapy?'

"Yeah man, that place is a PT mill. I was seen by the therapist for 15 minutes and then handed off immediately to an aide."

Pt tnt: is a code word used via text for "party tonight". Pronounced "pt tonight" or "pt t.n.t" It specifically indicates the annunciation of a social gathering known as a "bender". It originates from the mouth of a discordian man who lives in Georgetown Ontario.
