It has a plot of a kid and inside this kid is a monstor which is the reason why the villagers hate him. but in truth Naruto is the most unpredictable ninja in the shinobi world. Before he was a ninja he used to be goofy (still is, not as much) to get the peoples attention (because he was ignored).
This Anime/Tv show is a beautiful analogy of love/hate and friends.
