Clone Hero

Clone Hero is a free rhythm game developed primarily by Syrlain in 2017. The game's purpose is to closely imitate the more well-known rhythm game franchise "Guitar Hero" (hence "clone" hero) and expand upon its weaknesses with greatly improved modularity, lyric support, more song selection, easier song creation, and more. (Songs are downloaded separately and placed in the songs folder of the game).

The game features singleplayer, local multiplayer, and online multiplayer (though it is a rather unsophisticated system and generally regarded as difficult to use) modes. As of the Public Test Build release, it is also possible to join an online game as a spectator.

The game has full keyboard, controller, or guitar controller support if the user wishes to use one of these input devices (the user will have to manually bind controls in the settings, however).

Clone Hero is a delightful game and provides hours of fun provided the right songs.

box of herbs

A box of herbs refers to a particular mood relating to feeling useless, confusion or similar nondescript states. Originating from early herbal pharmaceutical remedies which showed little efficacy, the 'box of herbs' (alt. phrasing- 'box o' herbs') has evolved from medical terminology, into every day speech/slang. When one feels like a 'box of herbs', they are conveying a sense of uselessness, often feeling like they are at a crossroad in their life, with difficult decisions to chose from on each corner. This feeling is followed by confusion, depression, and the occasional polyphagia. The 'box of herbs' mental state is often very difficult to handle, and perplexing for people suffering from psychosomatic indecisiveness. Some effective remedies for feeling like a box of herbs are group decision making and deep thought. Often, only time will replace this feeling with easier to handle emotions, such as feeling like a 'box of birds'.

The negative connotation associated with the phrase 'box of herbs' has lent itself to alternate interpretations. It is not uncommon to find 'box of herbs' referring to any number of negative emotional states.

workplace folk hero

Term used to describe a person who is or was generally fearless in their committed demonstrations of questioning what is often oppressive authority.

She was a workplace folk hero who had some impressive write-ups, righteous confrontations, refusals to obey absurd rules, a foul mouth at the perfect times, occasional meltdowns and a talent for ferreting out avoidant bosses; she also possessed a colorful selection of anti-workplace socks that many found supportive and hilarious.

Hero Squad

Fictitious branch of the army, of which men who still live with their mother are able to be a part of. Before accepted into this branch of the army you must first be awarded your stuffed seal for marksmanship and stuffed gorilla for sand-racing.

Buster: I'm not a coward, would a coward have this!

Lucille: Whats that?

Buster: They're awards mother... this one is for marksmanship, and this one, sand-racing... and tomorrow they're putting me in something called: "HERO SQUAD!"
