operator error

When a person encounters a problem on a computer, calls for help, and finds out it's their fault. Also called a code 18.

Person 1: My CD drive won't open! :'(
Person 2: You're computer's off.
Person 1: Why does that matter?
Person 2: Wow, operator error!

One of the most annoying 'features of Windows XP. However, it does produce the orgasmic feeling of telling Microsoft that there has been yet another problem with thier "operating" system

The continuation of ruining online forums by a large, inept corporation. By constant and unending database errors rendering the site almost useless.

They tried to kill CFOT in the Dale fiasco and it came up short, so now they are trying to run people off with database errors.

My math teacher won't let me do "trial and error" or "guess and check" solutions. They all have to be algebraic solutions- the reason why I used to get 100s in math and now I get 80s.

Flagrant Error

Defenition:
When using Microsoft Windows and a fatal error occurs, the user will see a blue screen displayed. This is a Flagrant Error.
