Unlike a true tomboy, a boy girl is excessively masculine in bearing and might even shave her head or try to dress like or be like a well known tomboy, or even call herself a well known tomboy, convinced that she has become this other person she wants to be, but is just a little too masculine and tries a little too hard to outdo everything everybody else, male or female, is doing.
