Frank: I don't have a problem, I'm bi-winning! *Sniff!* How do you make eggs benedict?

Refers to the complete and udder success in life, being wiser then everyone you come across and letting them know about it. Not being like "them" in a sense, "bi-winning". Also having a different brain and heart along with tiger blood and the belief that dying is for fools.

The end goal of Charlie Sheen's life philosophy... Possibly also the opposite of bipolar? Yeah, let's be honest noone really knows what it means...
“I'm not bipolar, I'm bi-winning. I win here and I win there.”
“The only thing I'm addicted to right now is winning! Just winning every second.”

The term coined by Charlie Sheen to describe his state of "win." In his case, this state of win was accompanied by a cocaine addiction, a dysfunctional personal life, and bi-polar disorder. This term can specifically be applied bi-polar individuals whose mood swings only induce more awesomeness. By analogy: "It's like flipping a coin that with two heads."
Hey, did you hear that Two Face killed batman and then baked a delicious pie to celebrate?" "Whoa, bi-winning!"
